Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of WaterSlideRentals(the “Service”), operated by comnect UG (haftungsbeschränkt) (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What we are — and are not

WaterSlideRentals is an online directory and lead-referral servicethat helps customers find and contact independent water slide & party rental companies (“Providers”). We are not a rental company. We do not own, supply, deliver, set up, operate or inspect any equipment, and we are not a party to any rental contract.

2. Relationship with Providers

Any quote, booking, payment, rental agreement, delivery and service is solely between you and the Provider. We act only as an intermediary that passes on your request. We are not the agent of any Provider and make no representation that any Provider is suitable for your needs.

3. No guarantee of listings, pricing or quality

Provider information (including prices, availability, options, service areas, insurance and badges) is based on public sources and information supplied by Providers, and may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate. Prices shown are indicative only and not binding offers. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, legality, safety or insurance status of any Provider or rental. You are responsible for verifying these directly with the Provider, including any certificate of insurance and safety requirements.

4. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information in forms you submit.
Only submit your own contact details, and confirm you are entitled to consent to being contacted at the number/email you provide.
Use the Service lawfully; do not scrape, copy, overload, or misuse it, and do not submit false, infringing or abusive content.

5. Reviews & user content

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience. By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute it in connection with the Service. We may decline, moderate, edit for length, or remove content — for example fake, unlawful, or off-topic reviews — and we confirm reviews by email before publishing.

6. Providers & listings

Providers may request a listing via List your business. We may create, edit, decline or remove any listing at our discretion. Paid “Featured” placement, where offered, is governed by separate terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, text we author, logos and software, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may not reproduce or exploit it without permission. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any acts, omissions, products or services of Providers, or for any loss, injury or damage arising from a rental, event, or your dealings with a Provider. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g. for intent or gross negligence, injury to life or body, or mandatory statutory liability). Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Changes

We may modify the Service or these Terms. Material changes take effect when posted on this page; continued use constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
